Ahhh…Sonic Sonic Sonic…what can I say? SONIC Drive-In has been a family favorite of ours since we moved to Charlotte, NC.

We love SONIC as a family because all of us (even the picky eaters) can find something we like at SONIC. We have never had bad service there. EVER. I love the fact that you can sit in your car and eat like at the “old” drive-ins, or you can park and sit outside and eat (or drive through of course if you are in a hurry!). We even have a car hop that still uses skates!!! How cool is that?
Earlier this summer SONIC introduced an new and improved Footlong Quarter Pound Coney (a hot dog made with chili and cheese)! YUMMY! But, besides Coneys, they have just about everything you can imagine on their menu..The yummiest shakes ever too!

But SONIC is just about food! Limeades for Learning will kick off again this year from August 30 – September 30! Anyone with a valid email address can vote once a day at Limeades For Learning for their favorite teacher’s project to inspire learning in the classroom. If SONIC gets more than a million votes (they had 800,000 last year) SONIC will extend the voting an extra week and giveaway an additional $100,000 bringing their total donation to DonorsChoose.org to more than a million dollars!! YEA TEACHERS!
