Breaking News! According to her housemates the Pedigree Ambassador is a Diva!

As a Pedigree Ambassador, Chloe has been pacing the fence telling all the neighborhood dogs all about the benefits of Pedigree Dog Food. There seems to be a problem though with housemates Rosie and Maggie. They seem to think this Pedigree Ambassadorship has gone to Chloe’s head so we will let them speak their minds today.

Chloe: Seriously? But I am the Pedigree Ambassador! My fans want to hear what I have to say!

Me: Now, now Chloe. I guess I can see why Rosie and Maggie think this has gone to your head! So let’s speak to Maggie first. How are you today Maggie?

Maggie: Now what just a minute. You see this! Chloe won’t even let me be in a picture by myself…SHEESH!

Me: Ok Mags, calm down. Let’s just move past that. Do you think I should continue to feed you and Chloe Pedigree dog food?

Maggie: Do cows moo? Do cats meow? Do rabbits run from me? You bet I do! Don’t you remember when I was stealing Chloe’s Pedigree for Large Breeds? I mean it was DELICIOUS! But hard to eat because my mouth is so much smaller than hers. So thanks for getting me Pedigree for Small Breeds!

Me: You’re welcome. Glad to hear you like Pedigree so much. I will definitely continue to buy it for both of you. Can you tell me what you think of Chloe’s coat? Is it more shiny? Does it look healthy?

Maggie: Why does everything have to be about CHLOE? Look at that picture! Although Chloe’s coat looks nice and shiny since starting Pedigree, check my silky shine out! My coat is the talk of the neighborhood!

Chloe: Seriously Katie, are you going to let her talk like that? MY coat is the talk of the neighborhood Maggie. I am the Pedigree Ambassador! Pffft.

Me: Ok you two. That is enough. You both have lovely coats and I do believe Pedigree has helped in the shine and reducing the dander for sure. Let’s talk to Rosie now. I know she can answer a few questions.

Rosie: Yea, sure, talk to me. The only dog in this house unlucky enough not to be able to eat Pedigree. Whatever.

Me: Rosie, you know you are on prescription diet food because you, my dear one, have a thyroid problem. Until you lose 10 pounds, you will not be able to eat any other dog food. After you lose that weight, we will put you on Pedigree Healthy Weight Dog food. OK?

Rosie: Ok…but seriously. Look at her! She had to be in my picture too. Please Katie, tell Chloe to get a grip.

Me: I will Rosie, I will. You are Chloes best friend and the one who is the closest to her. Tell me about her breath?

Rosie: Well, I am a little miffed honestly. You know Pogo, the dog from up the road? Well he once told me he though Chloe was cute, but her breath was too much to handle. So for a while when he was on walks, he would wink at me. And I of course, playing hard to get, I would just bark my head off. But Now? That dog winks at CHLOE when he walks down the path and doesn’t even look at me! He is nothing but a hound dog I tell you! So yes, Chloes breath has definitely improved after eating Pedigree, but did she seriously have to take over Pogo?

Me: Rosie, you are not allowed to date – or did you forget? But thank you for letting me know about Pogos flirting. I will have to talk to his owner about that.

Thank you for your time Chloe, Rosie, and Maggie. I will tell you what I think about Pedigree. I honestly did not believe it would help Chloe’s breath – But it did. Tremendously. Her coat is truly more shiny now and for sure her dander has decreased since she started eating Pedigree.

She really has never had any issue with digestion or immunity so I cannot comment either way on that. However, I will say I will definitely continue to feed Chloe and Maggie Pedigree Dog food and once Rosies weight is under control, I will feed her Pedigree as well (she does have a real medical issue).

I was proud to be a part of the Pedigree Ambassadorship even though it seems to have gone to Chloe’s head, and you can bet I would recommend Pedigree Dog to my friends and family.

Swiffer 360 Duster & Mr. Clean – Spring Cleaning Products I Can’t Do Without

This powerful multi-surface cleaner can be used on hard surfaces in the home to clean tough messes including baked on food and sticky surfaces. I was so in love with the way my kitchen smelled after using Mr. Clean with a Scent of Febreze Hawaiian, I was more than happy to be cleaning my kitchen everyday. It was like I was looking for an excuse to clean!

But Mr. Clean is not just about the new scents (although I am totally in love with them), Mr. Clean actually gets the job done! Mr. Clean Multi-Surfaces Sprays not only clean countertops, but you can use it to clean all of your glass windows, tabletops and mirrors to a streak-free shine.

Swiffer 360 Duster

Well, well, well. The Swiffer 360 Duster went above and beyond what I was expecting. I hate dusting. HATE IT. Because most of the time it just feels like I am not really cleaning, but just moving the dust around. You know what I mean? When the the dust is flying in the air and you know it has to land somewhere!

But I did not feel that way with the Swiffer 360 Duster. It actually picked up the dust…not just moved it! I used it on EVERYTHING! The first task was all the electronics by the TV. What a nightmare. That area is always full of dust and I find it rather gross. So when I went to dust it with the Swiffer 360 Duster, I was thinking “Oh brother. Here we go again…Dust will be flying.” But it didn’t! The Swiffer 360 Duster CLEANED the dust. The Swiffer 360 Duster CAPTURED the dust. The dust was GONE…not just moved! I can pretty much bet money on the fact that I will be using the Swiffer 360 Duster for all my dusting jobs from now on!

Hexbug Nano Easter Egg Party!

A few weekends ago we held a Hexbug Nano Easter Egg Party. Just what is a Hexbug Nano? Hexbugs are robotic creatures that act like real bugs! Quite frankly, I had no idea these Hexbugs would be such a big hit at this party!

This Spring, Hexbug introduced Hexbug Nano’s that are packaged in a cute Easter egg and comes fully decked out with a pair of little bunny ears. This limited edition HEXBUG Nano is available at select Radio Shacks, RadioShack.com and specialty stores for only $4.99.

I was given enough Hexbug Nano’s for each child as well as the Nano Spiral Starter Set. Putting together the Spiral Starter Set was very easy and as soon as I pulled out the Hexbugs and the kids each chose their own, they were so enthralled with the Hexbugs that the adults were able to enjoy themselves as well!

The Hexbugs are battery operated and as soon as you turn them on, they start vibrating and moving. It kind of caught all the kids off guard and they all started giggling. When one child had enough nerve to place the Hexbug on the Spiral Starter Set, the game was on! The kids were making up their own games as they went along:

Whose Hexbug would go down to the next level the quickest
Whose Hexbug would be the first to fall off
Whose Hexbug was the fastest

I could not keep track of all the different games they were playing. Although food and snacks were provided, the kids really didn’t want to have anything to do with the food…They were too busy playing with their Hexbugs!

For sure Hexbugs get a thumbs up from me and the party was a blast. But the true statement of how popular the Hexbugs are come from one of the kids, Ricky. He said, “I am taking my birthday money to the store to get some more of these (referring to the Hexbugs)!

I am pretty picky about my shampoos. It needs to smell good and it needs to get the job done. The Aloe Vera & Honey Organic Shampoo received high marks from me on both of these. The scent was wonderful and as you may have guessed, it definitely leaves a scent of honey on your hair. I actually ended up putting it away so that no one else in my family could use it – I wanted to keep it all for myself so I only pull it out when I take a shower!

Additionally, when I used it, I could tell it left my hair nice and clean, not covered with a a film that some shampoos leave on your hair. I always do the “squeak test” on my hair. If, once you rinse your hair, and you pinch your hair and pull, if you hear it squeak you know it’s clean! Plus, I liked the fact that it was an all natural, organic shampoo.

Cocoa & Honey Delicate Body Scrub

Oh forget it. Just leave me in the shower all day with this body scrub. No, I am serious. Just leave me there….please! I absolutely adored this body lotion. The Cocoa/Honey Combination leaves an awesome scent on your body, but on top of that, this Body Scrub was not so rough that you feel like you were scraping your skin off. It had just enough “scrubbing power” to get the dead skin off and at the same time leave your skin feeling soft and smelling GREAT!

I Admit It, I Steal Maggie’s Food

Hello from Chloe, your Pedigree Ambassador!

As you know, I have the honor of being a Pedigree Ambassador however, I must tell you, there are times when my taste buds get the best of me and I do not deserve the honor of being a Pedigree Ambassador.

Just look at this video. I was caught, in the act of stealing Maggie’s Pedigree Dog Food. OH THE SHAME OF IT!

Now, I must answer for my actions. Please Katie, go ahead, ask away. Ask any questions you must. For I hang my head in shame!

Me: Now Chloe, you know it was not very nice of you to steal Maggie’s Pedigree food. What possessed you to do such a thing?

Chloe: I know, I know. I can’t believe you caught that on video. I am forever mortified. But if you must know, Maggie walked away from her food. It’s not my fault she left her scrumptious Pedigree Small Breed Dog Food just sitting there, waiting for someone to eat it.

Me: But you had your own Pedigree Large Breed Dog Food. Why didn’t you just walk away when you finished?

Chloe: Oh Katie! You are so naive when it comes to us dogs and our food! Do you not notice that I lick my bowl clean? I love the taste of Pedigree Dog Food and if there is a morsel left over I will find it and eat it. Even if I have to steal it. Did I just say that out loud?

Me: Yes, Chloe, you did.

Chloe: Well, you know if you publish that statement, I will be the laughing stock of the neighborhood! The other dogs will no longer hold me on a pedestal!

Me: Sorry Chloe, but you said it. I must say Chloe, your breath seems to be getting slightly better since you have started on the Pedigree Dog Food. I no longer have to wear a gas mask when you breath on me.

Chloe: Why thank you ~ I think. I do believe the Pedigree Dog food is helping my breath. Pepper, the dog from the corner, even came to my fence to chat with me! She still stood 2 feet away, but that is better than when she passed out because she was too close to me! And have you noticed my beautiful coat? Buck, the German Shepherd, commented the other day that my coat looked as shiny as a Honey Baked Ham right out of the oven!

Me: Now, now Chloe. Let’s not get too excited. But you know what else? I have definitely noticed a shine in your coat when we brush you. And your dandruff/dry skin seems to be improving too. So, let’s wrap it up Chloe. How do you like the Pedigree Large Breed Dog Food so far? And would you recommend it to your friends?

Chloe: Did you see the video? I would definitely say I like this food ~ and Maggie’s too for that matter! And yes, I would definitely recommend Pedigree Dog Food. As a matter of fact, when Pepper ran over the other day, I told her about the 3.00 off coupon for Pedigree. Maybe she will tell her mom.
